Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
