The Story

The 48 cards are shuffled and placed in a pile, face down, in the centre of the table. Each player draws 2 cards that only they can see.

The youngest player goes first. They place one or two cards from their hand face up, in the centre of the table. The cards

must be in contact with each other, either horizontally

or vertically. The player then draws from the pile to

bring their hand back to 2 cards. The turn ends and

it’s the next player’s turn.

Cards can only played in a 4x4 grid

No identical cards can be placed in the same row or column

The turtle can't be placed next to the anemone.

The shark can't be placed next to the shark.

If, during their turn, a player cannot place either of the two cards in their hand, they say: Bazarquatik! The previous player then takes all the cards placed on the table up to that point. The player who couldn’t place their cards keeps their hand and will now be able to place at least one card.

The game ends when the draw pile is finished and all the cards have been played. The player who has collected the largest number of cards wins the game.
